A prosecutor's statement ahead of an indictment has been filed against Shon Tayeb (33), a Rishon Lezion resident, for serious offenses including an indecent act and two counts of aggravated assault. According to police, Tayeb entered fitting rooms at a clothing store in Tel Aviv's Azrieli Mall. Mall security guards attempted to detain Tayeb after receiving reports about his actions in the fitting room, but he attacked them and tried to flee the scene, with one security guard requiring hospital treatment. Security personnel fired shots to prevent the suspect from escaping, and after police arrived at the mall following reports of gunfire, Tayeb was arrested. According to an update provided to ynet, the indictment was later amended - removing the privacy violation charge.
