"We are closely monitoring developments," the Houthis wrote in the letter to the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades. "We declare that if the enemy renews its aggression against Gaza, we will resume our military activities deep inside the Zionist entity and reinstate the ban on Israeli shipping in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea."
