Police Commissioner, Chief Superintendent Dany Levy, visited a school in Ashkelon. He accompanied Eva, the daughter of fallen officer Igor Pivnev, to first grade. Pivnev single-handedly eliminated many terrorists on October 7 and took his own life about four months ago. Pivnev's story has become a symbol of police heroism. Levy accompanied his daughter along with her sister Emilia, who is entering second grade, and mother Chen Pivnev. Also present with Levy were Southern District Commander Superintendent Haim Bublil, Human Resources Chief Superintendent Alona Shoshan, Ashkelon Police Commander Chief Inspector Yuri Mazobovsky, District Commander Chief Superintendent Roi Waldman and the Southern District command staff, as well as Head of Education Administration Yuval Zuzot and other professional officials from the municipality.
