The Tel Aviv Regional Labor Court has ruled that teachers must return to work immediately and refrain from submitting non-authentic sick notes. Yesterday, the state appealed to the Tel Aviv court requesting urgent injunctions to stop the strike and ensure teachers' return to work, following their recent protests over salary cuts. Additionally, the state requested the court to issue an explicit order clarifying that using sick notes for protest purposes is illegal, and that no wages will be paid for such absences.
