Turkish Embassy employee arrested: Suspected of photographing girls and women in Frishman Beach locker rooms in Tel Aviv

Police arrested Omar Safa Kusi, a 29-year-old employee of the Turkish Embassy in Israel, after he was caught photographing 13-year-old girls in beach locker rooms in Tel Aviv. Police collected testimonies from complainants at the scene, according to one of whom a girl saw his mobile phone peeking over the door of the compartment and when she screamed other women intervened. According to inspectors at the scene, they entered the gallery on his phone and saw sexual images there. The Turkish consul requested to keep Kusi in detention at the embassy compound and was refused. His detention was extended until Monday.
