The Binyamin Regional Council announced the death of David Libi, a 19-year-old engineering equipment operator from Malachei Hashalom settlement, who fell in Gaza. The council's statement said: "David is survived by his parents and seven siblings. In recent months, David was part of the IDF's engineering force, operating equipment involved in destroying terror infrastructure."
