The US Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Dan Kane spoke at a press conference and revealed new details about the American attack on Iran. According to him, bunker-busting bombs targeted ventilation shafts in Fordow. The openings were covered by Iran with a concrete dome, which was removed by the first bomb. Kane added that the other bombs penetrated the ventilation shafts and "entered exactly where they needed to go." He shared that one of the pilots who participated in the attack told him the explosion was "the brightest flash he had ever seen." According to the pilot, "it looked just like daylight."
