The IDF spokesperson addressed the investigation into the tragedy in Khan Younis, reporting that preliminary findings indicate yesterday's accident, in which Staff Sergeant Amit Cohen was killed and another soldier was seriously wounded, was caused by the explosion of munitions attached to a drone. The IDF stated that "all details of the incident, including the condition of the munitions and their operation method, are under investigation, which has not yet been presented to the bereaved family and the wounded soldier. When completed, it will be presented to them with full transparency."
