A reservist in his 30s from Tel Sheva was arrested on suspicion of attempting to smuggle drugs into the Gaza Strip after approximately 10 kg of Captagon were found in his possession in an IDF patrol vehicle in the Strip. The suspect was arrested by the police, the IDF and the Shin Bet. Yesterday he was brought before the Beer Sheva Magistrate's Court, which granted the police request and extended his detention until Thursday. The investigation is ongoing.
