Earlier, Israel's National Roads Company reported that Highway 4 southbound at the Em HaMoshavot Junction is closed to traffic due to an expected demonstration, and that there is congestion from the Morasha Junction. Simultaneously, Highway 4 northbound at the Aluf Sadeh Junction is closed to traffic and there is congestion from the Gan Raveh Junction.
