Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei said that "the exchange of messages continues and no agreement has been signed with the U.S. yet. At this stage, we are focused on ending the war." Baghaei added: "We are not negotiating on the details of the nuclear program. The Strait of Hormuz is subject to special Iranian measures and is closed to hostile warships."
