A 22-year-old electric bicycle rider was critically injured when struck by a vehicle on Road 50 (Menachem Begin) near the Kiryat Moshe Junction in Jerusalem. MDA paramedics evacuated him to Shaare Zedek Hospital. Police have opened an investigation.
