In the first seconds captured after the shooting of Ahmed al-Naami, a Rahat resident who was shot to death by a reserve Border Police officer, at least one bullet can be seen hitting his chest. Al-Naami is seen lying on the ground next to his vehicle. The officer, it should be noted, claimed he shot him during a chase, after feeling threatened when al-Naami exited the vehicle and allegedly attacked him. In the footage, a conversation that developed between one of the officers at the scene and a citizen who arrived at the location can also be heard. A resident is heard saying: 'You killed him, what is this?' The officer said: 'Come here, what do you mean you killed him? Do you know who was here? What happened here?' The resident replied: 'You were chasing him.' Finally, the officer is heard saying: 'I chased him.'
