Likud to appeal district court decision: 'There appear to be irregularities in polling station associated with David Bitan'

|
Knesset member Afif Abed from Likud will appeal the district court's decision to ban sitting Knesset members and ministers from running in the party's primaries on behalf of districts. Abed told Ynet that 'Likud members are the sovereign in this process and it is unacceptable for the court to ignore their decision. Moreover, there appear to be irregularities in the Rishon LeZion polling station associated with David Bitan. I am asking the Supreme Court to overturn the Likud tribunal's decision, which intervened without authority.'
