Tracking device attached, dozens of bullets fired at point-blank range: Murder of Zeid Amara solved

|
Police solved the murder of Zeid Amara, carried out as a blood feud revenge a month after his son was charged with another murder. The prosecution will file an indictment against a 41-year-old resident of Kafr Kanna who, together with others, murdered Amara. On November 25, 2025, an indictment was filed against Nasser, Amara's son, for the murder of Ali Awwadeh. Exactly one month later, on December 25, Amara, Nasser's father, was shot to death. The investigation revealed that a tracking device was attached to Zeid's vehicle, and upon his entry into the village of Eilabun, an assailants' vehicle waited for him at the first traffic circle in the village, blocking his way. Dozens of bullets were then fired at him at point-blank range.
