Cabinet Advanced Approval of 34 New Settlements in Judea and Samaria Two Weeks Ago

|
Ministers in the government advanced a dramatic move to approve 34 new settlements in Judea and Samaria at a Cabinet meeting about two weeks ago, Ynet has learned. During the meeting, IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir said, among other things, that he is 'raising red flags' regarding the scope of IDF manpower in response to the approval of the settlements, understanding that in order to meet the IDF's many missions, including those related to the expansion of settlements, the IDF needs additional manpower.
