280,000 Ukrainian families in the Kyiv region and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast were left without electricity following a Russian drone strike on energy facilities in the country. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, adding that "the world sees how Russia deliberately targets civilian infrastructure every day. Anyone who does not want to see escalation in the rest of Europe must help Ukraine."
