A 60-year-old woman was killed and two people were seriously injured in an accident involving two vehicles on Highway 854, near the Kfar Vradim junction in the Western Galilee. MDA teams evacuated the injured, a 20-year-old young man and a 43-year-old man, to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya.
