A 19-year-old woman lost consciousness during a hike in Amud Stream. Due to concerns for her life, Galil-Carmel rescue unit volunteers were dispatched to the scene, along with an Air Force helicopter. A rescue team reached her, and a paramedic provided initial medical treatment. After her condition stabilized and she regained consciousness, the young woman was airlifted to Rambam Hospital in Haifa for further treatment.
