Thousands of people are participating in a demonstration supporting Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara in Tel Aviv. Former Supreme Court Justice Ayala Procaccia spoke, claiming that "dismissal has become a new game for eliminating any independent senior official." She added: "The leadership has declared war on proper democratic processes. We are sliding down the slope toward the edge of the abyss. This is the time to unite in determined resistance."
