Prime Minister's Office: Critical Days as Deal Presented to Hamas

|
The Prime Minister's Office issued a statement regarding the expected release of captured soldier Idan Alexander, stating: 'The anticipated release of IDF soldier Idan Alexander without conditions was made possible due to our firm policy supported by President Trump, and thanks to the military pressure by IDF forces in the Gaza Strip.' The office further stated that 'Israel has not committed to any ceasefire or release of militants, only to a safe corridor that will enable Idan's release. We are in critical days during which Hamas is presented with a deal that could enable the release of our hostages. Negotiations will continue under fire and while preparations for intensifying the fighting are ongoing.'
