Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara informed the chairman of the Knesset Constitution Committee, Simcha Rothman, that she will appear before the committee for a discussion on spyware and its use in combating crime in the Arab sector. This contradicts her previous statement that she did not intend to attend the discussion. In response to the Attorney General's reversal, Rothman canceled the vote on her mandatory attendance at the Knesset.
