|
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that Tehran is preparing for negotiations with the United States. In a statement published on X, he wrote: "In light of requests from friendly governments in the region to respond to the U.S. president's offer for negotiations, I have instructed the foreign minister to prepare the ground for fair and just negotiations based on principles of respect and wisdom within the framework of national interest. And this, only if an appropriate atmosphere is created, free of threats and unreasonable expectations."
