Lebanese media report that the Lebanese army arrested drug dealer Noah Zaiter, known as one of the largest drug smugglers in Lebanon and Syria. Zaiter had connections to Hezbollah and prominent figures in the regime of former Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, and was arrested in the village of al-Knisa in the Bekaa region in a pre-planned operation.
