Two years since bodies of 6 hostages returned: 'We won't forget – they could have come back alive'

|
Activists from the 'Women's Protest' demonstrated outside the Prime Minister's residence in Jerusalem, marking two years since the return of the bodies of Carmel Gat, Eden Yerushalmi, Hersh Goldberg-Polin, Alex Lobanov, Almog Sarusi and Uri Danino, who were murdered in Hamas captivity. A sign they displayed read: 'We won't forget – they could have come back alive.' The activists stated that 'the Prime Minister and his aides have been busy whitewashing and lying since October 7. While hostages fought for their lives, the Prime Minister rejected deals that could have brought them home. A country that has not investigated the October 7 failure to this day and has not taken responsibility for it cannot guarantee it will know how to prevent the next disaster.'
