A woman around 50 years old was stabbed to death in Umm al-Fahm. MDA teams who arrived at the scene were forced to pronounce her death on site and evacuated a 30-year-old woman who was also stabbed to Ha'emek Hospital in Afula - her condition is defined as moderate. During the incident, a man who is suspected of murdering the woman was shot and wounded. He was apparently shot by police officers in the home of the woman who was stabbed to death.
