Teachers Union Secretary General Yafa Ben David responded: 'There has been no dialogue and no communication. They made us offers that I'm embarrassed to talk about. We issued the strike notice early, we have no control over what's happening in the field. There is dismissiveness, complacency and bad faith here.'
