Police have submitted a prosecutor's statement ahead of filing charges against a security guard at a building in Tel Aviv, a 24-year-old resident of Bat Yam, who is suspected of committing indecent acts against three teenagers aged 13 and 15. The complaint was received about two and a half weeks ago, and the suspect was arrested about a week later.
