The Central District Court in Lod permitted the publication of the name of Dolev Hiyon, 26, from Netanya, who was charged last week with committing sexual offenses against two women in their 20s whom he met at a bar in central Israel. According to the indictment, Hiyon met the women at a bar in the central region, where one of them worked as a bartender. He offered to drive one of them home but drove to his own home and raped her. He kissed the other against her will in her car and performed indecent acts on her after she drove him to his home at his request. Hiyon is charged with two counts of rape and forcible indecent acts.
