Ret. Lt. Col. Itai Talmi, 70, from Kibbutz HaSolelim, is the second fatality in the light aircraft crash in the Jezreel Valley. He is survived by his wife, three children and seven grandchildren. Talmi served for decades as a combat pilot in the Air Force and held a series of senior positions in the force. He later moved to work at El Al and served as a captain. Earlier it was announced that the second pilot killed in the accident is Ret. Lt. Col. Yuval Anbar, 50, from Hagor.
