Police arrested a 41-year-old man from Jerusalem on suspicion of scalping after he sold VIP wristbands near the opening of a soccer match at Teddy Stadium in Jerusalem, between Beitar and Maccabi Tel Aviv. Police said an undercover officer made contact with the suspect, who offered entry wristbands to the VIP section for hundreds of shekels. The suspect placed a wristband on the officer's hand and received 500 shekels in return. Immediately after, detectives arrested him and a search of his possession turned up additional wristbands.
