A person was killed in a shark attack at one of the beaches in Sydney, Australia. The local police reported this update. The tragedy led to the closure of several beaches, and the victim has not yet been identified. According to the report, he was attacked shortly after 10 a.m. (local time) at Long Reef beach, located in the northern part of the New South Wales territory capital. The police stated: "He was pulled out and brought to shore, but suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene." It was also noted that two parts of a surfboard were found and sent for examination. Additionally, it is currently unknown what type of shark attacked the victim.
