Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed at the opening of the cabinet meeting, "In recent days, Israel has acted forcefully in Lebanon, eliminating terrorists, including on the Ali Taher Ridge. I cannot elaborate on this." His remarks came after two soldiers were killed by an IED explosion in Majdal Zoun, and after Hezbollah violated the ceasefire and launched an explosive drone toward an IDF force. Netanyahu did not elaborate on the operations and claimed: "We are in the midst of very important activity. Working wisely and prudently and eliminating threats."
