Gaza Humanitarian Fund (GHF): 'Ready to resume our activities in Gaza'

AFP|
The Gaza Humanitarian Fund (GHF), supported by the United States, has announced it is ready to resume aid distribution in the Gaza Strip. This was stated by the fund's spokesman Chapin Fay to the French news agency AFP. "The fund was asked to suspend its activities during the hostage release phase, which is still ongoing," he said. According to him, "Despite the situation on the ground remaining unstable, GHF has been instructed to be ready to resume its operations, and in particular not to take actions that would prevent us from resuming our activities immediately. We have trucks loaded with humanitarian aid and we are ready to resume direct aid distribution to the Palestinian people."
