An indictment was filed against a 40-year-old Netanya resident for assaulting his neighbors, threatening to murder them and vandalizing 16 vehicles parked near the building. According to the indictment, police received a report of a man moving between vehicles in a public parking lot near the city's beach and smashing the windows of parked vehicles using a large stone. The suspect was identified and arrested by officers, and it was later revealed that he threatened his neighbors and said: "I will murder you and slaughter you."
