The head of the Safety Administration at the Ministry of Labor, Hazi Schwartzman, signed a safety order for 'Salam Yaakov and Sons,' which supplies gas cylinders including medical air and oxygen, prohibiting the plant from continuing to supply the equipment until further notice. According to the order, it is banned from selling medical air equipment until the plant's integrity is inspected. The order was signed following the disaster at the refinery in Ashdod in which Irena Radchuk and Nitzan Gueichman were killed. According to the suspicion at the Ministry of Labor, the cylinders they used did not contain medical air and may have even contained a toxic substance.
