Yahya Saree, the military spokesman for the Houthi rebels in Yemen, claimed responsibility for attacking the Saudi oil tanker 'Amzan' off the coast of Yanbu and for attacks against Saudi troop concentrations. According to Saree, the attacks were carried out using ballistic missiles and drones and were executed as part of the implementation of the Houthi decision to impose a naval blockade on Saudi Arabia.
