Dozens of ultra-Orthodox members of the Jerusalem Faction are protesting on Highway 4, at the entrance to Bnei Brak, against the arrest of draft evaders and enlistment in the IDF. The protesters are chanting, among other things, 'We will die before we enlist.' The faction announced another protest at the intersection of Givat Moshe and Golda Meir streets in Jerusalem at 7:15 p.m.
