The governor of West Virginia in the United States, Patrick Morrisey, has backtracked on the announcement of the death of two U.S. National Guard soldiers. "We are receiving conflicting reports regarding the condition of the two Guard members and will provide updates as soon as we receive additional and complete information," he wrote on X.
