The Military Prosecution filed a statement of charges, ahead of submitting indictments, against three Hamas terrorists who were involved in the attack in which Tzaala Gaz and her infant son Ravid Haim were killed near the settlement of Bruchin in Samaria in May. This was announced in a joint statement from the police and Shin Bet, who added that the terrorists were involved in four severe attacks in the Samaria area in recent months, including the one in which Gaz and her son were killed.
