Four security personnel were killed and one person was injured in a shooting at the Or Tor Kor market in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. Police have opened an investigation into the motive for the shooting. The Bang Sue district deputy commander said in a statement that the shooter took his own life afterward, adding: "At this point, this is considered a mass shooting."
