A 19-year-old motorcyclist was seriously injured when he was struck by a vehicle on Yosef Ezran Street in Rishon LeZion. Another person sustained minor injuries. MDA paramedics evacuated them to Shamir Assaf Harofeh Hospital in Beer Yaakov.
