Algeria published a draft resolution to be voted on at the UN Security Council on Wednesday, demanding the removal of restrictions on humanitarian aid entering the Gaza Strip. Israel's UN Ambassador Danny Danon responded to the resolution saying: 'While the blood of Israeli representatives is still not dry on the sidewalk in Washington, the Security Council is convening to blame Israel. This is a moral disgrace. Instead of condemning terrorism - it has already become a tool of those who perpetrate it.'
