Police arrested two 17-year-old teens from the Bedouin diaspora on suspicion of attempting to loot fuel from buses damaged in the rocket strike in Herzliya. The two were caught standing near the buses with fuel jerrycans and a hose connected to the fuel tank of one of the buses. According to the suspicion, the teens exploited an "opportunity" with the aim of stealing and siphoning fuel from the damaged vehicles in the parking lot. The suspects were arrested at the scene and taken for questioning.
