The prosecution has filed an indictment with the Tel Aviv District Court against Mordechai Israeli (23) from Bat Yam for the sexual assault of two boys aged 13 and 14 while working as a guard in a Tel Aviv building where one of them lived. According to the indictment, Israeli met the two boys in the building lobby as they were waiting for their friend and began talking to them in a sexual manner. The indictment states that Israeli ordered the boys to enter a bathroom stall in the building, where he then performed sexual acts on both of them. The indictment charges Israeli with rape and unlawful penetration.
