Professor Shachar Nevo, 59, from Petah Tikva, is the mathematics lecturer at Bar-Ilan University accused of planning massive attacks against hundreds of Israeli and Palestinian Arabs driven by nationalist-ideological motives. Two days ago, an indictment was filed against him, charging him with preparation to carry out an act of terror, extortion through threats and obstructing legal proceedings.
