The commander of the United States Central Command (CENTCOM), General Michael Kurilla, will arrive tomorrow for an official farewell visit to Israel as the guest of IDF Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir - ahead of the end of his term as commander of the American force responsible for the Middle East. The current visit marks the end of a period of strengthening security relations between the two countries, and Kurilla's position will be taken by his deputy, Admiral Brad Cooper.
