Police arrested Yaniv Arfi, 41, from Petah Tikva on suspicion of kidnapping, rape and indecent acts against a 14-year-old boy. According to suspicions, Arfi met the teen while working as a delivery person, lured him and drove him to an isolated location - where he raped him and committed an indecent act. The court extended his detention for three additional days.
