Police arrested a Haifa resident who was driving while disqualified without a license and identified himself to officers as his brother, whose license is also invalid. According to police, the van driver was traveling in the Nesher area at a speed of 91 km/h on a road where the permitted speed is 70 km/h and was stopped for inspection. He identified himself using the details of his brother, a 38-year-old Haifa resident who never obtained a driver's license, has been disqualified from driving for a decade and has a suspended prison sentence against him. The suspect was arrested and his vehicle was impounded by a police officer for 30 days.
