Nadav, the brother of hostage survivor Omri Miran, described the captivity experiences he heard from him. Nadav said, "He was held both in a tunnel and above ground. Sometimes he cooked for his captors and they liked his cooking. He was moved to 23 different locations in Gaza. He counted every day, didn't write it down, counted in his head." Nadav added: "He knew exactly what the date was and roughly what day it was. He knew exactly how many days he had been in captivity. They would spend most of their day playing card games with their captors."
